Directors
Dave Jepsen
Dave and his wife, Kristen, moved into the district in 2021 to be closer to family. Dave is employed remotely as civil engineer with Anderson Perry & Associates, Inc. through the company’s Walla Walla office. He primarily works on water and wastewater projects for smaller municipalities in the state of Washington. For pleasure, Dave enjoys visits to the central Oregon coast, researching family history, and eating chocolate (not necessarily in that order).
Diane Vidmantas
Diane and her husband have lived in the district since 1998. She retired in 2024 after a long career in industrial engineering and business operations at Intel in Technology Development, where she worked on several major factory build projects. Diane has been active in local schools, both as a volunteer and as a member of the St. Francis of Assisi School's advisory council. These days, she enjoys exploring the area's many walking and hiking trails and looks forward to the weekly community Mahjong games.
